Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup from Soup Spoon. Not bad. It’s gluten free if you remember to opt out the tortillas and bun.
Dessert after which I forgot the name of the restaurant.
We had a deconstructed lemon tart and a tiramisu which may be a little disappointing for the price.
I had setbacks one after another, I doubted myself over and over again. Doubt my worth and value. Was I so bad but people who know me kept telling me that I wasn’t (I know they are not lying because they are straightforward like me).
Sometimes you just can’t help it when things happen.
I teared during dinner, even comfort food is not helping. Shocked TC. Lol. I never allow myself to appear weak in public.
TC got me this to chill. Needed it very much indeed. Thanks pipi.
Finally opened my box of Kit Kat x Tokyo Banana. Don’t worry it’s not expired. Hahahahha! The marriage of two popular snacks is perfect; chocolate covered treat with moist creamy banana filling sandwiched between crispy wafers. Mmmm…
Other than my corneal abrasion, I’m having a little cough too. Monk’s fruit with chrysanthemum tea to soothe the throat.
Our mattress from Tilam King is finally here! Made the bed too, sheets were washed since last week to prepare for this day.
Dinner was a very thick soup made with the leftover apple soda braised pork sauce. Thumbs up.
Feeling like prata but I got the murtabak instead. Heh heh. Fat die.
Steamboat for the night! Every food place was crowded in Punggol and so we decided to get some ingredients for steamboat instead.
Here’s my bday unicorn mugcake! I choose it myself. Yay! Too bad there’s only strawberry flavoured cake though.
No makeup. Hahaha!
It’s satisfy pancake craving day! We’re back at Kyushu Pancake Cafe.
Egg benedict pancakes, I think I still prefer the croque monsieur.
I wanted chocolate banana french toast but we got the waffle instead, we could have ordered wrongly or they got the wrong order. Oh well.
Ordered our mattress from Tilam King, the latex option from the luxury series.
Haven’t had Astons for a long time, think the serving is smaller now? Or, it depends on which outlet we are at?
I gave birth to a rabbit.
A new Thai eatery has opened at TC’s neighbourhood, Pok Pok Thai Kitchen. I think the price was very affordable.
We liked the Pineapple Fried Rice and Honey Pork. Nom nom.
Omelette was just oily. Eww.
Red ruby dessert was alright.
Oh yes! I love my dining area, just a few things missing.
Soup Spoon‘s Bhutanese Beef with Radish and Mushroom Stew, it’s alright but I hate the seedy spices inside. Argh. Feels like biting little beetles.
Oh yes! I managed to put the cabinet upright myself. *so much win*
Koka noodles from Nam Kee Pau, it’s not bad, just too soggy after some time. Not suitable for takeaways.
Starving, so late supper it is!
This tasted a little weird.
Wow. The Airport terminal 1 looks like that now. Pretty!
Dining cabinet and table delivered today! Can’t wait to assemble them. *excited*
Making this soup for dinner, just tried to use whatever ingredients that I could find.
Sorry, no image of the final outcome. Hahaha! It’s good though. Loved the corn expecially, I must get it again.
Maggi mee at the new place while waiting for deliveries to come.
Cushions are up. I still have one more pillow but no matching cushion cover.
Messy hair, no makeup.
Somebody came back with food for me! Weeee~!
Gonna shorten the curtains while I’m here too.
Last minute dinner with the peeps at Legends. The chicken chop is nicely grilled and charred. Thumbs up!
Had a few contractors come over to touch up a few things, then we waited for the heavy rain to stop. Can already see how we are going to laze around after moving in.
Sarah and Ah Long suddenly fly kite, so I’m like, “Let’s setup the TV.” Even sign up for a Netflix account. LOL.
And I got Jen and Jeff to come over and chill with us. Hahahaha!
Managed to get Sarah and Ah Long out for dinner at Leong Ji Seafood. I highly recommend the fried cuttlefish with kang kong and Nonya steam fish head (Assam Curry) which is really really good.
Then head back to our place to plan for the group’s Hokkaido trip! Yay!
