Back at En Sakaba again, this time I tried the Grilled Black Pork Cheek Rice Bowl.
The slices of pork cheek is tender and melt-in-your-mouth, very flavourful. Even more heavenly when eaten together with tamago gohan (egg rice). Mmmm…
I personally feel that this dish is better than the Foie Gras Yakiniku Don Set I had the last time.
