miso pork with bittergourd

The bittergourd is $0.50 leh!!! So cheap, so must get!

I wanted to get black bean paste to make a pork and bittergourd stir-fry but the paste was $3.45 and I may only use it once.
Then I remembered I have miso paste in the fridge. It’s made of beans too and I think it would work well.

Here’s the final product of miso pork with bittergourd. It was awesome awesome awesome. 😍😍😍 We were fighting for it.

So here’s the list of things I have used, adjust amount yourself because the dish was enough for 5 or 6 if you’re having it as a side dish with rice.

– 500g pork cube (would be more tender with fats)
– 1 bittergourd sliced
– 2 eggs beaten
– 2 tablespoon of low sodium miso (more bean fragrance, with less saltiness)
– dark soya sauce for colour
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– pinch of black pepper

No steps here because I just anyhow, in fact my steps were wrong. I fry the egg last. 🤣
