Bring TC to Thai Gold Food for dinner.
We had the fried pork collar, he likes the chilli that comes with it. Chicken omelette and green curry fried rice too.
Dessert would be mango sticky rice, which is very sticky indeed.

The bittergourd is $0.50 leh!!! So cheap, so must get!
I wanted to get black bean paste to make a pork and bittergourd stir-fry but the paste was $3.45 and I may only use it once.
Then I remembered I have miso paste in the fridge. It’s made of beans too and I think it would work well.
Here’s the final product of miso pork with bittergourd. It was awesome awesome awesome. πππ We were fighting for it.
So here’s the list of things I have used, adjust amount yourself because the dish was enough for 5 or 6 if you’re having it as a side dish with rice.
– 500g pork cube (would be more tender with fats)
– 1 bittergourd sliced
– 2 eggs beaten
– 2 tablespoon of low sodium miso (more bean fragrance, with less saltiness)
– dark soya sauce for colour
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– pinch of black pepper
No steps here because I just anyhow, in fact my steps were wrong. I fry the egg last. π€£
Keep going, stay on your feet, and keep moving, things will work out.

Spicy pork and potato soup. Too spicy.
Water chestnut with corn dessert. Hope it neutralises the spiciness. Tomorrow I sure laosai.

Waaaa… there’s soy drinks. I’m amazed.
I was here, couldn’t get in and looks like the people inside are not going to leave anytime soon. Got to change venue if not we won’t be in time to get back to office. π£

Well, here’s a proper coloured version.
The skin if the sausage was hard, I couldn’t cut through. Other than that, the rest was tasted good. Loved the truffle scrambled eggs. π
Tried this new place, Pu3, for lunch. $7.90 for a beef rendang rice set with a drink. It’s pretty good!
Haiya. I thought it’s a brown sugar kueh but… isn’t this gula melaka rice dumpling? π€·ββοΈ
