Boom³. Even brighter than the moon³.

It’s New Year Eve and we’re already in the holiday mood, had lunch at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe.

Shared a Strawberry Ice with boyfriend.

Noodles with pork cubes aka ‘ba ding’. I had a ‘Nan Ru’ pork cutlet ramen, the cutlet is yummy but noodles look plain.

Went Central after work and I saw bunnies and bears.

Oh-so-cute that bunny!

Sweet!

The rabbit from Alice in Wonderland should be white, not grey.

Dinner at Mr. Curry, my first time here even though it has been opened for a long time. Sister has been telling me it’s good.

Interior.

The bulbs look pretty but not very useful.

Cutlery.

Making his choice.

My iPhone with its new casing from my Sister, her phone got stolen so the cases are useless to her already.

Observing his Forex.

Eh! Don’t anyhow point finger.

So girlish. Hehe.

Polka dot top.

I don’t act cute!

Pretty purses.

Soloman’s keep this time

Mango float, $4.80. It’s like mango juice mixed with soda, then a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Not nice.

Calpris Soda, $2.80. Not bad.

Don’t play, food is here.

Chicken Curry Rice, $10.80.

Chicken and Mushroom Omelette Rice, $12.80. Curry sauce comes separately, so I have to pour the curry over myself.

Sat down at the steps in front of Central, everyone else is seated and facing Clarke Quay and we thought maybe that side got fireworks.

Took pictures!

Then we heard fireworks coming from behind Central. -_-“

This is what we only manage to see at first.

Then we walked really fast all the way to the back until we’re in the middle of the road, managed to get a good view. *grins*

Drivers stop and get down their cars to watch too.

Literally in the middle of the road.

Something new.

Do you know what is the best gift I received from my parents this year? Even though it’s not really a gift. *grins*

A new oven!!! I need to find some free time, so that I could start baking some cookies or cupcakes.

Made myself dinner.

Toasted prata with mushrooms and tomatoes. I carefully poured egg in the middle of the prata, layer by layer, making sure it doesn’t flow out. Yummilicious.

There’s only one thing to do, three words for you.

Here we are celebrating boyfriend’s birthday at United Square, Swensens.

That’s my boy in the new top I bought for him. =)

Sarah very focused with Ris Low’s new video.

Ordered the all day breakfast.

And it comes with 2 drinks. O_o

All the food is served and we start digging in.

Caesar salad.

Waiting for the Earthquake after our main courses.

He’s not sure what’s going on next.

Sarah shows off her earrings while we wait.

Surprise! We start singing his birthday real loud in the restaurant, made him feel embarassed. Hehe.

Make your wish.

The earthquake that’s a special birrthday cake this time.

Us.

Making us kiss as become part of their entertainment.

How is it even possible to defy their orders? Just look at all those cameras, pure entertainment.

One on the cheeks.

Then the smooch.

Serving ice-cream.

Having a game of ‘Ice-Cream Snatching’, boyfriend won because he took the whole bowl away. Cheater!

After quite a few rounds of ice-cream snatching, the different flavors kind of got mixed up and Jen got a little teeny bit irritated, she might as well mix everything up.

Off we go to Illuma after work, shared a yogurt at Berrylite.

Took Polaroids.

One for you, one for me.

Yeah! I’ve been together with boyfriend the whole day, full 24-hrs or even more than that. Hehe. =P

I just can’t stop singing now cause it makes me happy.

Boyfriend’s birthday tomorrow, his presents are all ready – a top from F21, shuffle, card and lots of handsewn love from me. =)

All packed in a strawberry cake box.

Baked a chocolate cake too.

Covered with nutella and some red icing. Cute right?

Delivered everything to boyfriend’s house before we go for a movie, it was already past 12am midnight when we get back. I’m going to stayover at his place then we could go to work together the next morning. Yeah!

Time for the cake.

Say ‘cheeseeeeee’.

Happy Birthday to Pi!

Have a Merry Little Christmas.

McDonald’s breakfast with boyfriend! Haven’t had McBreakfast for a very long time, I ordered a Deluxe so that I could have a bit of everything.

I like everything soaked in syrup.

Boyfriend likes his pancakes like that.

He cut out a .

Then he made this on iPhone. *grins*

Dinner at Cineleisure, Suki Sushi.

Salmon fish head soup, my favourite and definitely value for money.

Salmon sabu sabu. Hahaha!

Merry Christmas to all of you~!

La foi de la loi.

The blog is going to take a while longer to load as this an image heavy post.

Firstly, I have to thank these lovelies for their presents! Thanks, Mrs Lim aka Kat for making me prettier.

Christine for the photo frames.

Mindy, the kawaii clothes peg.

Jen and Nadine for the signage.

Sarah, the panda case.

In couple shirts with boyfriend, totally not expected but quite funny. Haha!

Mindy has the small Santa hat while I have the big one.

Time to start preparation works for the X’mas party, I’m cutting up the turkey.

While Kat slices the ham. Don’t worry about those garbage bags, there’s no garbage inside.

Even boyfriend joins in and helps too.

Kat looks very focused in this picture.

Fierce people. Haha!

The other girls heat up the food.

Washing up.

Gifts ready for exchange during the party.

There’s also 3 logcakes.

Pies.

Chicken wings.

Curry puffs.

And panettone. It’s just weird, how I much like having panettone and hate having mixed fruit cakes.

Getting all sliced up.

Kat slicing panettone happily. (P.S. that was an act.)

Ryan giving his speech before all of us start eating.

A lot of food snatching activity going on. I usually let the florists start first and part of the last few persons to take food, which eventually there isn’t much food left for us.

Sarah delivers pizza.

Me having a small slice of pizza.

Boyfriend, the photographer.

The gift exchange starts.
Me: “I hope somebody actually wants this thing from me.”

Us with our presents, mine somehow got lost after that.

After a short short nap at boyfriend’s house, we went to Mount Faber where there isn’t any Christmas crowd and up we go to The Jewel Box. There is going to be a Snow Show tonight.

Here comes the ‘Snow’, I mean foam.

Foam landing all over me.

A picture with the skinny Santa Claus.

You see a ‘Snowstorm’ here?

Did you just come out from the shower?

See. Not very crowded huh.

J for Jewel.

The cable car area.

Hehehe. =P

Mount Faber’s tall Christmas tree, I took pictures and made it animate.

Boyfriend and me.

Trying to make it look like he’s holding on the the Christmas tree.

Foamy floor.

We went inside the Jewel Box store, there’s a Christmas tree decorated with everything fancy.

Sliver teddy.

Stars don’t have to be at the top of the tree.

This little Santa is cute!

Big-eyed.

Loads of teddies.

We’re in the mirrors.

Going up the steps.

View from the top of Mount Faber.

I think taking pictures at the spiral staircase looks real nice.

Took more pictures with boyfriend.

Balls and crystals hanging down.

Starry looking lights.

Shhh… The Christmas tree is sleeping.

Pretty as a picture.

Had an impromptu X’mas dinner with my brother and sister at Sembawang Shopping Center, Ajisen, after we wre done with some gift shopping.

My treat for them, even though I had ramen for lunch too.

My kawaii sister, acting like she has got an iPhone.

Our ice lemon teas with my big-sized brother in the background.

Sides dishes.

Ramens.

Gifts all wrapped and ready to be given out! =)

This peppermint winter is so sugar sweet.

Today is ‘冬至’ aka ‘Winter Solstice Festival’ in the Lunar calendar, one of the most important festivals celebrated when sunshine is weakest and daylight shortest, also a time for the family to get-together.

Had ‘tang yuan’ (glutinous rice balls) at boyfriend’s house, his mum made them. Delicious!

*Psss. I had 2 bowls of it. =)

We’ll be young forever.

It’s Wenqing’s birthday, dinner at 313@Somerset, Ramen Play.

Getting the cash ready.

Drinks.

Our ramens.

Side dishes, one of it comes free if paid with a DBS card.

Settling debts in the ladies.

I camwhored.

All of us.

Dark Chocolate Orange Latte from Coffeebean. Not bad but reminds me of Halloween instead of X’mas.

The cake with the candle at the side.

Make a wish.

The very first birthday present we handed to her.

“You sure this is part of my birthday present?” Hahaha!

Part 2.

iPhone case. If I have iPhone 4, I would have gotten myself the mint coloured case.

Mango top.

m)phosis purse.

Last surprise! A Fred Perry e-mook bag.

Then, time for our X’mas gifts exchange.
